Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our products ship directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times

After your order ships, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Larger items such as beds, cots, strollers and cat trees can take 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package as soon as it ships.

Delays and lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us at petsproutco@gmail.com. We'll track it down and send a replacement or a full refund.
